How does the process work?
A VA will start by discussing what work a client requires to have done and how the client prefers to communicate – email, phone, instant messaging, etc. A client will be given periodic updates to keep you informed about the status of the work the VA is are doing for the client.
From the clients end, a VA would ask that the client provide timely communication of any changes to the client’s work needs, such as changed deadlines, tasks, etc.. Once the work is completed, the VA would send it to the client in whatever way has been chosen.
