Fingers Crossed, Success Story Unfolding!

Literally for years I wanted to start my own Virtual Assistant business.
I did online courses, I registered a company, I got a VA coach, I got the website sorted, I did what they guided me to do…and nothing…not one single client!
Eventually I just got to the point where I thought “obviously, this is not meant to be”, and I sort of gave up on the idea, but I did not de-register my company, as part of me was still hanging on to it feeling guilty for giving up.
Recently, a surprise call changed everything, and I got the opportunity to work with my very first client.
When the opportunity presented itself, I grabbed it so fast, not giving into my fears and doubts. I just knew this was my chance to prove to myself that I can do this.
Then during the last few weeks I have been struggling with the fact that my day job does not allow me to put in more time and effort into my own business as I would like to, and it also makes the chance of taking on another client impossible.
So, I had to make a very difficult decision…do I stay in my comfort zone, or do I take the leap of faith and just go for it?
It took me days and a lot of tears, fears and prayer to make my decision…BUT…I TOOK THE LEAP OF FAITH!
I resigned from my current position and will be pursuing my dream full time within the next month.
To say this is a walk in the park is a total lie…I am scared, I am unsure of my future, I even doubt my own ability to make this a success at the moment, but I am keeping the faith and looking forward…there is no turning back now.
My future and success are for me to find, and not for it to find me.
I need to do my part in becoming what I want to be. Sitting, waiting and hoping that it will fall into my lap is definitely not going to work.
Luckily for me, I am blessed with a great support system at home who are cheering for me all the way, which makes this big step a little easier.
