The concept of Virtual Assistants (VAs) in South Africa is still new. Entrepreneurs and small business owners are slowly learning how a Virtual Assistant can benefit their business.

Virtual assistants are independent contractors who (from a remote location, usually their home or office) support multiple clients in a variety of industries by providing administrative, creative, and technical services.

  • You only pay for hours worked. This is one of the many advantages of hiring a VA. You save costs by using a VA only when you need it. You will also be able to track every minute worked.
  • Working with a VA negates all the red tape of HR. VA’s make it easy to grow your business, without growing your headache and frustrations of HR, Sick Leave and wasted time spent on company hours.
